I think the hardest part of the job was to to grin and bare it to smile although you would rather cry or yell instead. My co-workers were very helpful with properly communicating with one another, and our management provided extra support when needed in which together made a great team. Sometimes days were very busy and frustrating, but I managed to keep a smile on my face and provide great customer service in which our guest desired. I was a slots attendant whom worked the most busiest shift, which was swing (evening) with great responsibilities in which there was limited space for errors.
I typically started my work day by arriving 10 minutes before my start time and obtaining all needed equipment to effectively work within my shift.
